Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: After 15:00
• Check-out: Before 11:00

Documentation

• Greek residents: Provide your ID and VAT number at check-in.
• Non-residents: Provide your passport number at check-in.

Entry Instructions

• Use code 8000 to unlock the outdoor lock.
• Keep the front door and gate closed to prevent animals from entering.

Building Entry

• Enter the code we provided on the electronic lock.
• Important: When the green light and sound appear, pull the door handle towards you and gently push to open.

Security

• 3 security cameras are installed outside for your safety.

House Rules

• Hot Water:
  • On the electrical panel where the hot water label is located, simply press the round button (GEYER) to turn on the water heater 30 minutes before use. It will automatically turn off. Please repeat process every time before bath.
  • The property is equipped with a reliable boiler installation, ensuring hot water is always available during the winter months.
• Turn off all lights and electrical appliances before leaving.
• No vehicle charging is allowed using house outlets.
• The kitchen is fully equipped for your use.
• Pets are welcome, but must be supervised.
• Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
• Outdoor Grill: Not allowed from 1 May to 31 October due to fire risk.
• No parties allowed.
• Quiet hours: From 14:00-18:00 and 12:00-08:00.
• Clean towels are provided for each bed.
• Toilets: Do not throw objects or paper in the toilet.
• Complimentary firewood is provided for one use. Extra firewood is available at an additional cost.
• Always ensure the fireplace is turned off when you leave.

• Please leave the chalet clean and tidy.
